Manufacture

The method we use to grow olives is the traditional one and the final product (oil) is obtained only from the first cold squeezing, without any further treatment.

This is a technology which respects the ancient rules, handed down in time according to the tradition of the Mediterranean oil.

A washing with water is worked out at the olive-press, then we operate a cold milling and eventually a press-squeezing in the traditional way. We put the oil in steel containers to allow oil to mature till the moment of bottling it, after checking it in a laboratory. Its characteristics show its Italian temper , sweet and fruit-flavoured, strong.
